1.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
1.3 SmileKaro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.
2. Medical Disclaimer & Eligibility
2.1 SmileKaro aligners are designed for mild to moderate teeth alignment.
2.2 Customers must provide accurate and complete dental impressions and images for proper assessment.
2.3 Treatment results vary from person to person, and SmileKaro does not guarantee specific outcomes.
3. Orders & Payments
3.1 All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by SmileKaro.
3.2 Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Full payment is required before production begins. We accept the following payment methods:
• Bank Transfer
• Debit/Credit Cards
• Digital Wallets
3.4 Taxes & Duties: Any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by the authorities are the customer’s responsibility as per Pakistan’s tax laws.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:
• Courier delays
• Customs clearance
• Strikes or unforeseen events
4.2 Delivery Locations: SmileKaro ships across Pakistan. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote areas.
4.3 Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will conduct an investigation. If applicable, a replacement will be provided at no extra cost.

6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1 Customers must follow the prescribed treatment plan and wear their aligners as instructed to ensure effective results.
6.2 Failure to comply with the instructions may impact treatment effectiveness, and SmileKaro will not be held responsible for any resulting issues.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the SmileKaro website, including logos, images, text, and designs, is owned by SmileKaro and protected under Pakistan’s Copyright Ordinance, 1962, and Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO-Pakistan) regulations.
7.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of SmileKaro’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 SmileKaro is not liable for:
• Medical complications arising from improper use of aligners.
• Delays in treatment caused by customer non-compliance.
• External disruptions such as shipping delays, power outages, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, strikes).
8.2 In all cases, SmileKaro’s maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service.
9. Termination of Service
9.1 SmileKaro reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:
• The customer provides false or misleading information.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities by the customer.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
10.1 SmileKaro collects and processes customer data in accordance with Pakistan's Personal Data Protection Bill, 2023.
10.2 How We Use Your Data: Your personal information will only be used for:
• Processing orders and payments
• Improving customer experience

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.2 In case of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve matters amicably. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be settled under Pakistan’s Arbitration Act, 1940, or referred to a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
