Return & Refund Policy
At SmileKaro, we offer high-quality, custom-made clear aligners designed specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited as outlined below.
Return Policy
Since our aligners are tailor-made for individual customers, returns are not accepted. However, we offer replacements in the following cases:
1. Defective Product – If your aligners have a manufacturing defect or do not match your approved treatment plan, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement only.
2. Incorrect Order – If you receive an incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
To qualify for a replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accompanying materials.
Refund Policy
Since our aligners are custom-made, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1. If the order is placed and the impression kit has been shipped:
10% of the total amount will be deducted, along with additional processing charges.
2. If the order is canceled after treatment planning has begun:
30% of the treatment plan cost will be deducted before processing the refund.
3. If the treatment plan has been approved and aligner production has started:
No refunds can be claimed at this stage.
4. Defective or Non-Conforming Product:
If the aligners are defective or do not match the approved treatment plan, a replacement will be provided instead of a refund.
5. Refund Processing Time:
All approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method only.
A transaction processing fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
