Return of Customized Aligners

In addition to your convenience and comfort, we strive to make our treatment safe for you. Therefore after you have placed an order for our customized aligners, we do not process any refunds. In case the reason for your return is the quality or fitting of the aligners, we will develop a new set of aligners for you. This process will include evaluation of your aligners by our experts to confirm whether or not your request is valid.
If after the complete treatment you are not satisfied with Smilekaro results, you can contact our customer care team for re-evaluation of your case. At this stage our experts will require images of your teeth with aligners. If approved, you will be eligible for a new set of aligners that will help you achieve the desired results.
